1. About EldoHub Tech and AI Academy

EldoHub Tech and AI Academy ("EldoHub", "we", "us", "our") is a TVETA-accredited technology and AI training institution based in Eldoret, Kenya. Our programmes cover software development, data science, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and networking.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing eldohub.co.ke and its subdomains, you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
  • Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with EldoHub

3. Enrolment & Payments

Submitting an application on this site does not guarantee enrolment. Admission is subject to availability, entry requirements, and confirmation from our admissions team.

Fees must be paid as agreed at enrolment. We offer a 50/50 instalment plan and an 8% discount for upfront payment. Payments are accepted via M-PESA Paybill 400222 (Account: 217942#YourName) or Co-operative Bank. All fees are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrolment and before the programme commences. No refunds are issued after training begins.

4. Certificates & Accreditation

EldoHub is TVETA-accredited. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a programme and clearance of all fees. Certificates remain the property of EldoHub until all outstanding obligations are met. We do not guarantee employment upon completion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course materials, and video — is owned by or licensed to EldoHub Tech and AI Academy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written consent.

6. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. This section explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Application data: name, email, phone, education background, employment status — collected when you apply for a programme
  • Contact messages: name, email, phone, message — collected when you use our contact form
  • Newsletter: email address — collected when you subscribe
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected automatically via server logs

How we use it

  • To process your application and contact you about your enrolment
  • To respond to your messages and enquiries
  • To send programme updates, intake reminders, and news (newsletter subscribers)
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with TVETA reporting requirements

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share data with:

  • TVETA and relevant regulatory bodies as required for accreditation
  • Employers and partners (only graduate profiles, with your consent, through SasaKazi)
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. email delivery)

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at academy@eldohub.co.ke. We will respond within 14 days.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies (session management, CSRF security) required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

EldoHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the specific programme in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
